Punjab Chief Information Commissioner (CIC) Inderpal Singh Dhanna today called on the newly appointed Chief Information Commissioner of Haryana, T.V.S.N. Prasad, IAS (Retd.), former Chief Secretary, Haryana, at his residence in Chandigarh.
CIC Inderpal Singh Dhanna, accompanied by State Information Commissioners Sandeep Singh Dhaliwal, Varinderjit Singh Billing, Harpreet Singh Sandhu, Dr. Bhupinder Singh Bath and Pooja Gupta Maudud, presented a beautiful painting of the national bird of India to his Haryana counterpart as a token of good wishes. It is worth mentioning that this painting has been created by Harpreet Sandhu.
The Chief Information Commissioners of Punjab and Haryana stressed the importance of sharing education and other necessary practices to improve the service delivery process and reduce the pendency rate in RTI cases.
