Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini Inaugurates 557 Projects Worth Rs 117 Crore

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini gave a major gift to the people of the state by inaugurating 557 projects worth approximately Rs 117 crore on the first day of Sharad Navratri. The projects were inaugurated as part of the Seva Pakhwada campaign at Deen Bandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) in Murthal, Sonipat district.

The projects include the inauguration of 72 women’s cultural centers, 90 indoor gyms, 69 yoga and gymnasiums, 101 roads under the Chief Minister’s Farmer Field Road Scheme, and streetlights in 225 villages. The Chief Minister also inaugurated and inspected women’s health camps under the Swasth Nari-Sashakt Parivar Abhiyan and the 8th Nutrition Month.

Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that these projects are a symbol of the fulfillment of the government’s resolve and commitment to take Haryana to the pinnacle of development. He emphasized that the government believes in empowering women, as strong women lead to strong families, society, and nation. The women’s cultural centers, he said, will provide a platform for women to showcase their talents and perform cultural programs.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the government has worked towards empowering women during its 11-year tenure, and the inauguration of these projects is a testament to its commitment. With the inauguration of 72 new women’s cultural centers, the total number of such centers in the state has risen to 203, following the opening of 131 centers during the Teej festival. The Chief Minister congratulated the people of the state on Navratri and Maharaja Agrasen Jayanti [1].
