AAP Conducts ‘Shukrana Yatra’ After Landmark Victory in By-Elections

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) celebrated its recent success in the by-elections with a grand ‘Shukrana Yatra’ (Thanksgiving March) in Punjab. The march began early in the morning at Shri Kali Mata Mandir in Patiala, traversed through key locations like Ludhiana and Jalandhar, and culminated at Shri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple) in Amritsar. The initiative was led by Punjab AAP President and Cabinet Minister Aman Arora, accompanied by senior leaders and thousands of enthusiastic supporters.

Aman Arora expressed gratitude to the people of Punjab for their unwavering support in the elections, pledging that AAP would remain committed to serving the public’s interests. He acknowledged the collective effort of party workers and leaders, attributing AAP’s stronghold in Punjab to their dedication.

The ‘Shukrana Yatra’ aimed to thank the people for their trust and support while emphasizing the party’s vision for the state’s progress. Key leaders participating in the event included Executive President Aman Sher Singh Sherry Kalsi, Cabinet Ministers Harpal Singh Cheema, Harjot Singh Bains, Tarunpreet Singh Sondh, and Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan, alongside numerous MLAs and workers.

Coinciding with AAP’s foundation day, the event was symbolic of the party’s journey and achievements. Aman Arora congratulated party members on the foundation day, lauding their relentless efforts in strengthening AAP’s presence in Punjab and nationwide.

The procession covered notable cities and towns, including Mandi Gobindgarh, Samrala, Doraha, Ludhiana, Phagwara, and Jalandhar, showcasing the unity and enthusiasm of AAP supporters. The march concluded at prominent religious landmarks such as Shri Durgiana Mandir and Valmiki Mandir, symbolizing inclusivity and respect for Punjab’s diverse culture.
