Chandigarh Administration Announces Reshuffle of Officer Charges

The Chandigarh Administration has announced a reshuffle of charges amongst several officers, effective immediately. The changes are a result of Sh. Sanyam Garg, HCS being relieved from his position.

• Sh. Pradhuman Singh, HCS will take on the following additional responsibilities:

  • Additional Director (Admin.), GMCH
  • Director Tourism

• Sh. Nitish Singla, PCS will take on the additional responsibility of Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies.

• Sh. Paviter Singh, PCS will take over the following responsibilities:

  • Joint Secretary Food & Supplies and Consumer Affairs and Metrology Legal
  • Administrator, Market Committee

• Sh. Naveen, DANICS will relinquish the following charges:

  • Sub Divisional Magistrate (Central)
  • Assistant Estate Officer-I
  • Director Museum & Art Gallery
  • Director Agriculture
  • Agriculture Commissioner Census

These changes have been approved by the Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh.
