Congress Party Inducts New Members in Punjab

The Congress Party in Punjab recently inducted a number of new members, including several former leaders of other political parties. The ceremony was held at the Punjab Congress Bhawan in Chandigarh and was attended by senior leaders of the party.

The new members include former Cabinet Ministers Balbir Sidhu, Gurpreet Kangar, and Raj Kumar Verka, former MLA Mohinder Rinwa, along with Hans Raj Joshan, Jit Mohinder Sidhu, and Kamaljeet Dhillon, the son of former MLA Amrik Singh Dhillon. Amarjeet Singh Sidhu, the Mayor of Mohali, was also inducted into the party.

Raja Warring, the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee Chief, welcomed the new members and said that their inclusion strengthens the party’s position in the state. He also urged all party members to work with dedication, discipline, and foster constructive dialogue.

The newly inducted leaders pledged their unwavering dedication to the welfare of Punjab and the Congress Party. They said that they were joining the party because they believed in its ideology and its commitment to serving the people of Punjab.
