Haryana Government Appoints Mr. Vivek Kalia  HCS Officer as Chief Minister’s OSD (Sambad)

Chandigarh, March 15 – The Haryana government has issued immediate transfer and appointment orders today for IAS and HCS officers. HCS officer Mr. Vivek Kalia has been appointed as the Chief Minister’s Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for Sambad. Alongside this role, he has been designated as Additional Director (Administration) and Joint Secretary in the Information, Public Relations, Language, and Culture Department, and Additional Director in the Department of Art and Culture. Establishing a robust grievance redressal mechanism is the hallmark of a transparent and effective government. To achieve this objective, the state government has created a Public Dialogue portal and appointed an OSD for its efficient management.
