Lieutenant Manoj Kumar Pandey played a crucial role in clearing enemy positions and was also awarded the Param Vir Chakra posthumously for his bravery and leadership. Grenadier Yogendra Singh Yadav, at just 19 years old, fought valiantly at Tiger Hill despite severe injuries, and his courage was recognized with the Param Vir Chakra. Rifleman Sanjay Kumar demonstrated immense bravery at Point 4875, earning the Param Vir Chakra for his pivotal actions despite multiple injuries. Major Rajesh Adhikari led a mission to capture a bunker at Tololing, displaying unwavering determination until his final moments, which was later honored with the Maha Vir Chakra. Captain Anuj Nayyar significantly contributed to capturing the Pimple Complex, posthumously receiving the Maha Vir Chakra. These heroes exemplified extraordinary courage and dedication, embodying the spirit of national pride and valor during the Kargil War.
