Rohtak, April 5, 2025<\/strong> \u2014 As part of its grassroots outreach strategy, the Haryana BJP is set to launch a state-wide campaign titled \u201cGaon Chalo, Basti Chalo\u201d<\/strong>, aimed at spreading the party\u2019s policies and strengthening public engagement across rural and urban settlements. The announcement was made by Haryana BJP state president Mohan Lal Badoli<\/strong> during a press briefing in Rohtak<\/strong> on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Badoli stated that ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s visit to Haryana on April 14<\/strong>, the BJP will conduct a special cleanliness drive on April 13<\/strong> at the statue of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar<\/strong>, with active participation from party workers. The initiative is seen as a tribute to Dr. Ambedkar\u2019s vision of equality and social justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mass Mobilization for PM Modi\u2019s April 14 Visit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Badoli further revealed that during the Prime Minister’s upcoming visit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Party workers from 15 districts<\/strong> will gather in Hisar<\/strong>, where PM Modi is scheduled to inaugurate Hisar Airport<\/strong> and address a public rally.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Simultaneously, workers from 12 districts<\/strong> will be present in Yamunanagar<\/strong>, where the Prime Minister will lay the foundation stone for a new thermal power unit<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    He added that 27 district presidents<\/strong>, as per the party\u2019s current organizational structure, will also be present in Yamunanagar<\/strong>, further boosting the party\u2019s internal coordination and grassroots presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    24×7 Power Supply Announcement Expected<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Badoli hinted that Haryana could receive multiple major gifts from the Centre during the PM\u2019s visit<\/strong>, including a likely announcement related to 24-hour electricity supply<\/strong> across the state \u2014 a key demand from residents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    BJP State Office Shifting to Panchkula for Better Coordination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In a strategic move to improve governance and connectivity, Badoli announced that the BJP\u2019s state headquarters will shift from Rohtak to Panchkula<\/strong>, bringing it closer to Chandigarh and enhancing coordination with central leadership and government departments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Badoli on Waqf Bill, Congress Criticism, and National Issues<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Responding to questions on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill<\/strong>, Badoli said the bill will pave the way for justice for poor Muslims and Sikhs<\/strong>, while also curbing corruption within the Waqf Board<\/strong>. He took a strong dig at the Congress, accusing the party of having a tendency to drag every developmental initiative into the courts for political gain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Regarding reports of animal remains found in a boundary wall under construction in Hisar<\/strong>, he dismissed the controversy as misinformation spread by the opposition<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
