The strikes, completed within a span of just 25 minutes between 1:05 AM and 1:30 AM, targeted nine identified hubs of terror infrastructure, including camps affiliated with groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed \u2014 both designated terrorist organizations with a long history of attacks on Indian soil. Instead, what we have witnessed is denial and deflection,\u201d Misri said. \u201cThe intelligence we gathered showed that further attacks on India were being planned. We had both the right and the obligation to act \u2014 to deter, to pre-empt, and to defend.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That obligation, Indian officials said, does not end with this round of strikes.
