Organised by the&nbsp;<strong>Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), Regional Office Chandigarh<\/strong>, the three-day exhibition (July 2\u20134) is open to the public daily from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM with free entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inaugurating the event,&nbsp;<strong>Hon\u2019ble Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla<\/strong>&nbsp;lauded Himachal Pradesh\u2019s transformation from a tranquil hill state into a dynamic centre of innovation. \u201cHimachal is no longer just a land of mountains\u2014it is now a hub of opportunities and solutions,\u201d the Governor declared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He praised the exhibition as a powerful reflection of&nbsp;<strong>Prime Minister Narendra Modi\u2019s vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat<\/strong>, noting that the event encapsulates India\u2019s journey over the last 11 years through the themes of&nbsp;<em>Seva (service), Sushasan (good governance),<\/em>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<em>Garib Kalyan (welfare of the poor).<\/em>&nbsp;The Governor also stressed the need to integrate physical, mental, and social well-being into the self-reliance narrative, referencing the&nbsp;<strong>Drug-Free Himachal campaign<\/strong>&nbsp;as a vital public movement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Rajeev Bhardwaj<\/strong>, Member of Parliament (Kangra\u2013Chamba) and Patron of the event, underlined his commitment to creating real opportunities for youth and farmers. \u201cI don\u2019t wish to be a mere distributor of funds. My goal is to empower the youth by connecting them to platforms that build capacity and spark innovation,\u201d he said. Dr. Bhardwaj also announced a similar exhibition in&nbsp;<strong>Chamba in November 2025<\/strong>, extending the momentum of this initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition attracted an overwhelming response on its opening day, with over&nbsp;<strong>3,000 students<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>500 farmers<\/strong>&nbsp;participating. It features a wide array of displays and interactive stalls focusing on sectors such as&nbsp;<strong>agriculture, MSMEs, healthcare, biotechnology, defence, research, skill development<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong>startups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibition also prominently features the Government of India\u2019s major achievements and citizen-centric initiatives under the theme&nbsp;<strong>\u201811 Years of Seva, Sushasan aur Garib Kalyan\u2019<\/strong>, capturing the spirit of an inclusive and self-reliant India. <strong>A Symbol of Transformation<\/strong>The&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Destination Himachal @2025\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;exhibition symbolizes Himachal Pradesh\u2019s evolving identity\u2014from a tourist destination to a vibrant centre of national growth, innovation, and resilience.
