Chandigarh, March 12 – Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya today administered the oath of office to Shri Nayab Singh Saini as the new Chief Minister of Haryana at the swearing-in ceremony held at Haryana Raj Bhawan.

Shri Naib Singh Saini took the oath of office and secrecy in the presence of outgoing Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal, senior BJP leaders and state government officials.

On this occasion, the Governor of Haryana also administered the oath of office and secrecy as ministers to Shri Kanwar Pal, Shri Moolchand Sharma, Shri Ranjit Singh, Shri Jai Prakash Dalal and Dr. Banwari Lal.

Shri Naib Singh Saini is currently the MP from Kurukshetra and also the state president of BJP. He was also an MLA from Narayangarh Assembly constituency in 2014 and a Minister of State in the Government of Haryana. Apart from this, he has also held many positions in Bharatiya Janata Party.

It is noteworthy that Naib Singh Saini was born on 25 January 1970 in Mirzapur Majra, a small village of Ambala. He has received education up to BA, LLB.
