CM Mann shared this update via a tweet, stating, “Young farmer Subhakaran Singh was martyred due to a bullet wound at the Khanauri border during the farmer’s movement. Met the martyr’s family… as promised, handed over a cheque of Rs 1 crore and a job appointment letter to a family member… the farmers’ government stands shoulder to shoulder with farmers in every joy and sorrow and will continue to do so.”
