BJP leaders Ashwani Sharma and Subhash Sharma meet minister
Amritsar, January 7 (Kumar Soni): BJP Punjab’s former state president and current MLA from Pathankot Ashwani Sharma and BJP Punjab’s state vice-president Dr. Subhash Sharma met Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and discussed the problems of Punjab’s airports in detail. Subhash Sharma said that a demand was made to Scindia regarding starting international flight services from Mohali airport, which he heard with great seriousness and assured that he would soon consider this matter and start international flights from here as soon as possible.
Subhash Sharma said that MLA Ashwani Sharma put forward the demand to start air service from Pathankot airport in front of the aviation minister, on which the aviation minister assured that air service will be started from Pathankot soon as well. Speaking on the appeal to start air services again from Adampur airport, Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia said that the reconstruction of Adampur airport is almost complete and soon he will inaugurate it and start air services from there and will return to Delhi from the air service running from there.
MLA Ashwani Sharma and Subhash Sharma expressed gratitude for the assurance given by Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya M. Scindia and said that the central government of Narendra Modi is committed and committed to the development of Punjab. Whether it is the construction of roads, whether it is Vande Bharat trains, whether it is the construction of new airports or their modernization or starting new air services, the central government has always met the demands of Punjab. He said that the fulfillment of the demands of Punjab by the Modi government will give a new direction to the pace of development of Punjab.
The two BJP leaders said that the start of new flights from Punjab will boost tourism and trade in the state. They said that the new flights will provide convenience to the people of Punjab and will also help in the economic development of the state.
