The Chief Minister announced the construction of a mini secretariat at Arki and a joint office at Darlaghat, which would streamline administrative functions and enhance governance efficiency. Additionally, he pledged to upgrade the Primary Health Center in Diggal to a Community Health Centre, ensuring better healthcare access for residents.

In a bid to address the longstanding issue of inadequate power supply, Sukhu announced the construction of 33 KV power sub-stations in Mangu, a move poised to alleviate low voltage concerns across several panchayats.

Recognizing the importance of education in driving socio-economic progress, Sukhu unveiled plans to introduce science classes at Government Senior Secondary School, Ganagughat. Furthermore, he announced the establishment of an Industrial Training Institute in Malaun, aimed at equipping youth with vocational skills essential for employment opportunities.

Sukhu’s commitment to sports development was evident in his announcement of an indoor stadium in Arki and the allocation of funds for the construction of sports grounds in Darlaghat, catering to the recreational needs of the community.
